Updates

I have been sick for over a week now. I thought it was a cold, but it is a nasty sinus infection. That stinks, but God is good all the time. I got to see my sisters and Aisha and Zakiya. I haven't seen them for a few months now. It's good to see Aisha making it. Zakiya is doing good as well, though struggling a bit. Keep a sister in prayer. I went to the infirmary this morning to get a check up and an arsenal of antibiotics and other meds to fight this thing. I keep you posted. I'm going to bed. Peace and God Bless.

The Greatest Man in History

A friend/sister of mine recently posted this message on my FACEBOOK wall.....

The Greatest Man in History Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him
Master. Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. I feel honored to serve such a Leader who loves us! If you believe in God and in Jesus Christ His Son . MESSAGE this TO 10 peoples walls or just ignore but remember that Jesus said ... "If you deny me before man, I will deny you before my Father in Heaven."

A Prayer

Holy Father,

Right now I'm sitting in the computer lab writing you this prayer. I thank You God for keeping us safe from harm. Father, we tend to complain more than give You praise for what You have done. Father, please forgive us for not giving You our praise. We tell You about our problems, but as Sister Shirley Caesar said we need to tell our problems about our God! Father God, thank You for the Redeeming us through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus. We bless You for the gift of the Holy Spirit who sweetly abides in my spirit. I sense the beauty of His Presence as I write You this prayer. Father, bless your People, not with things, God. But with the endowment of the Holy Spirit to do Your Will, O God our Father. God save this crooked generation! Please God, save the world from destruction. Hallelujah! Bless Your Name forever! In the Name of the Lord Jesus, I pray.

Amen
